3x^3-12x^2+12x
=3x.(x^2-4x+4)
=3x.(x^2-2.x.2+2^2)
=3x.(x-2)^2
Áp dụng hằng đẳng thức A^2-2AB+B^2=(A-B)^2

3x^2-2x-5
=3x^2+3x-5x-5
=3x.(x+1)-5.(x+1)
=(3x-5)(x+1)
