    a) 18.$3^{x-2}$ + $3^{x}$ = 243
    ⇒ 18. $3^{x}$ : $3^{2}$ + $3^{x}$ = 243
    ⇒ 2.$3^{x}$ + $3^{x}$ = 243
    ⇒ 3.$3^{x}$ = 243
    ⇒ $3^{x}$ = 81 = $3^{4}$
    ⇒ x = 4
    b) $\frac{x}{3}$ = $\frac{y}{-2}$
    ⇒ $\frac{3x}{9}$ = $\frac{2y}{-4}$
    Áp dụng tính chất dãy tỉ số bằng nhau, ta có:
    $\frac{3x}{9}$ = $\frac{2y}{-4}$ = $\frac{3x-2y}{9+4}$ = $\frac{26}{13}$ = 2
    ⇒ x = 2.3 = 6
    ⇒ y = 2.-2 = -4
