<=>(6x+2)(3x+1)-(3x+1)(x-2)=0

<=>(3x+1)(5x+4)=0
<=>$\left[\begin{matrix} 3x+1=0\\ 5x+4=0\end{matrix}\right.$
<=>$\left[\begin{matrix} 3x=-1\\ 5x=-4\end{matrix}\right.$

Vậy phương trình có tập nghiệm là S={-1/3;-4/5}
