    Giải đáp+Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     a) A=3x-1-sqrt{4x^2+9-12x}
           =3x-1-sqrt{4x^2-12x+9}
           =3x-1-sqrt{(2x-3)^2}
           =3x-1-|2x-3|
      Với x>=3/2<=>2x-3>=0
     =>|2x-3|=2x-3
    Khi đó A=3x-1-(2x-3)
                  =3x-1-2x+3
                  =x+2
       Với x<3/2<=>2x-3<0
      =>|2x-3|=3-2x
     Khi đó A=3x-1-(3-2x)
                   =3x-1-3+2x 
                   =5x-4
     b) Để A=3
     TH1: x+2=3
        <=>x=1
     Vậy x=1 thì A=3
      TH2: 5x-4=3
        <=>5x=7
        <=>x=7/5
     Vậy x=7/5 thì A=3
