    N = (x – 27)^2008 + (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 + (-1)^200
    N = (x – 27)^2008 + (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 + 1
    Ta có:
    (x – 27)^2008 ≥ 0
    (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 ≥ 0
    => (x – 27)^2008 + (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 + 1 ≥ 1
    Dấu = xảy ra khi
    (x – 27)^2008 = 0
    (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 = 0
    => (x – 27)^2008 = 0^2008
          (0,2 – 1/5 y)^2010 = 0^2010
    => x – 27 = 0 
          0,2 – 1/5 y = 0
    => x = 27
          1/5 y = 0,2
    => x = 27
          y = 1
    Vậy N min = 1 khi x = 27
                                  y = 1

    <=> N = (x-27)^2008+(0,2-1/5y)^2010+1
    <=> N>= 1
    Dấu “=” xảy ra $⇔\begin{cases} x-27=0\\0,2-\dfrac15y=0 \end{cases}$
                              $⇔\begin{cases} x=27\\y=1 \end{cases}$
    Vậy N_min=1<=>x=27;y=1
