    Giải đáp: $(x,y)\in\{(-1,3), (0, 2), (-3, -1), (-4, 0)\}$
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    Ta có:
    $xy+2y-x=5$
    $\to y(x+2)-x=5$
    $\to y(x+2)-x-2=3$
    $\to y(x+2)-(x+2)=3$
    $\to (y-1)(x+2)=3$
    Mà $x,y\in Z\to x+2, y-1$ là cặp ước của $3$
    $\to (x+2, y-1)\in\{(1,2), (2,1), (-1,-2), (-2,-1)\}$
    $\to (x,y)\in\{(-1,3), (0, 2), (-3, -1), (-4, 0)\}$
