    Xét a^2 = (\sqrt7+\sqrt3)^2 = 7+2\sqrt(21)+3 = 10+\sqrt(84)
    b^2= \sqrt(19)^2 = 19=10+9=10+\sqrt(81)<10+\sqrt(84)
    <=> b^2<a^2
    Vì a>0;b>0
    => a>b
