    Giải đáp:
    Để M<0 thì \frac{sqrta-1}{sqrta}<0 (a>0)
    <=> sqrta-1<0
    <=> sqrta<1
    <=> a<1
    Kết hợp đkxd: a>0
    => 0<a<1
    Ta có: M=\frac{sqrta-1}{sqrta}
                  = \frac{sqrta}{sqrta}-\frac{1}{sqrta}
                  = 1-1/sqrta
    Để M nguyên thì \frac{1}{sqrta} nguyên.
    => 1\vdots sqrta
    => sqrta\in Ư(1)={+-1}
    Lập bảng:
    $\begin{array}{|c|c|c|}\hline \sqrt{a}&-1&1\\\hline a&\varnothing&1\\\hline\end{array}$
    => a=1
    Kết hợp đkxd, ta được: a=1
