    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
    ĐKXĐ $ : x >= 4$
    $ PT <=> 5x  = \sqrt{x\sqrt{x} – 4\sqrt{x}} + 4\sqrt{x}$
    $ <=> 25x^{2} = (x\sqrt{x} – 4\sqrt{x}) + 16\sqrt{x} + 8\sqrt{\sqrt{x}(x\sqrt{x} – 4\sqrt{x})}$
    $ <=> 25x^{2} – x\sqrt{x} – 12\sqrt{x} = 8\sqrt{x(x – 4)}$
    $ <=> 25x\sqrt{x} – x –  12 – 8\sqrt{x – 4} = 0$
    $ <=> 24(x\sqrt{x} – 1) + x(\sqrt{x} – 2) + (x – 4) – 8\sqrt{x – 4} + 16 = 0$
    $ <=> 24(x\sqrt{x} – 1) + x(\sqrt{x} – 2) + (\sqrt{x – 4} – 4)^{2} = 0$
    Vì $ x >= 4 => PTVN$
