=(x.(x+5)+(4-x).(x-5)+25-13x)/((x+5)(x-5))
=(x^2+5x+4x-20-x^2+5x+25-13x)/((x+5)(x-5))
=((x^2-x^2)+(5x+4x+5x-13x)+(25-20))/((x+5)(x-5))
=(x+5)/((x+5)(x-5))
=1/(x-5)
