    <=>3\sqrt{x+3}=x-1
    <=>(3\sqrt{x+3})^2=(x-1)^2
    <=>9(x+3)=x^2-2x+1
    <=>-x^2+9x+2x+27-1=0
    <=>-x^2+11x+26=0
    <=>x^2-11x-26=0
    <=>(x^2-13x)+(2x-26)=0
    <=>x(x-13)+2(x-13)=0
    <=>(x-13)(x+2)=0
