     x= -5
    Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     1,5^(x+8) = (2/3)^(2x+7)
    <=> (3/2)^(x+8)= (3/2)^(-2x-7)
    <=> x+8= -2x- 7
    <=> x+2x= -7-8
    <=> 3x= -15 
    <=> x= -5
