    (x+5).(y-3)=15
    => y – 3 = 15/(x+5)
    => y = 15/(x+5) + 3
    Vì 3 là số tự nhiên, muốn y là số tự nhiên thì x+5 in ước 15
    => x+5 in {+-1; +-3, +-5, +-15}
    Vì x in N => x+5 in N  => x+5  in {1;3;5;15} => x in {0;10} (x=-1; x = -2 loại )
    => y = {6;4}
    Vậy x = {0;10}, y = {6;4}
