A) x y – 3 x + 3 y = 2
⇒(x + 3) y = 3 x + 2
⇒x (y – 3) + 3 y = 2
⇒x y – 3 x + 3 y – 2 = 0
⇒x + 3!=0, y = (3 x + 2)/(x + 3)
⇒x = -10, y = 4
⇒x = -4, y = 10
⇒x = -2, y = -4
⇒x = 4, y = 2

B) x – x y – y = 2
⇒x = x y + y + 2
⇒x – (x + 1) y = 2
⇒x (-y) + x – y – 2 = 0
⇒x + 1!=0, y = (x – 2)/(x + 1)
⇒x = -4, y = 2
⇒x = -2, y = 4
⇒x = 0, y = -2
⇒x = 2, y = 0
