    (1/3)^x+$(\dfrac{1}{3})^{x+4}$=82
    (1/3)^x+(1/3)^x . (1/3)^4=82
    (1/3)^x+(1/3)^x . 1/81=82
    (1/3)^x . (1+1/81)=82
    (1/3)^x . 82/81=82
    (1/3)^x=82:82/81
    (1/3)^x=81
    (1/3)^x=(1/3)^-4
    ⇒x=-4
