Biết P rút gọn là bằng $\dfrac{3}{x + 1}$ và x $\ne$ 0 và x $\ne$ -1
=>Tính giá trị biểu thức P khi x thoả mãn x² – x = 0

    ĐKXĐ : x\ne 0,x\ne -1
    P=(2x^2-1)/(x^2+x)-(x-1)/x+3/(x+1)
    =(2x^2-1)/(x(x+1)) – (x^2-1)/(x(x+1)) + (3x)/(x(x+1))
    =(2x^2-1 – x^2+1 +3x)/(x(x+1))
    =(x^2 +3x)/(x(x+1))
    =(x(x+3))/(x(x+1))
    =(x+3)/(x+1)
    x^2-x=0
    <=>x(x-1)=0
    Do x\ne 0
    <=>x-1=0
    <=>x=1
    Thay x=1 vào P ta được :
    P=(1+3)/(1+1)=4/2=2
    Vậy P=2 khi x^2-x=0
