    <=>( \sqrt{7x+2})^2=(\sqrt{3-x}+3)^2
    <=>7x+2=3-x+6\sqrt{3-x}+9
    <=>8x-10=6\sqrt{3-x}
    <=>4x-5=3\sqrt{3-x} (ĐK: 5/4\le x\le 3)
    <=>(4x-5)^2= (3\sqrt{3-x})^2
    <=>16x^2-40x+25=9(3-x)
    <=>16x^2-40x+25=27-9x
