    Lời giải chi tiết:
    a) 3.(x+6)-5^3=2.(x-8)-1
    =>3x+18-125=2x-16-1
    =>3x-107=2x-17
    =>3x-2x=-17+107
    =>x=90
    Vậy x=90
    b) (2+x)^3-23=41
    =>(2+x)^3=41+23
    =>(2+x)^3=64
    =>(2+x)^3=4^3
    =>2+x=4
    =>x=4-2
    =>x=2
    Vậy x=2
