    \frac{3x+2}{2+x} =frac{-x}{3} +1
    <=> \frac{3x+2}{2+x} = \frac{3-x}{3} (1)

    ĐKXĐ: 2 + x \ne 0 <=> x \ne 2

    (1) => (3x+2).3 = (3-x).(2+x)

    <=> 9x + 6 = 6 + 3x -2x -x^2

    <=> 9x + 6 = -x^2 + x + 6

    <=> x^2 +9x -x +6 -6 = 0

    <=> x^2 + 8x = 0

    <=> x(x+8)= 0

    <=>$\left[\begin{matrix} x=-8(Nhận)\\ x=0(Nhận)\end{matrix}\right.$

    Vậy S = { -8 ; 0 }
