    <=> (x+3)+14 \vdots x+3
    Mà x+3 \vdots x+3
    -> 14 \vdots x+3
    <=> x+3 \in Ư(14)={+-1;+-2;+-7;+-14}
    Mà x >=0
    -> x+3 >=3
    -> x+3 \in {7;14}
    <=> x \in {4;11}
    Vậy x \in {4;11}
