    $\dfrac{x+70}{5}+\dfrac{12x+302}{13}+\dfrac{-24x+7260}{260}=x$
    $⇔\dfrac{x+70}{5}+\dfrac{12x+302}{13}+\dfrac{-6x+1815}{65}=x$
    $⇔\dfrac{13(x+70)}{65}+\dfrac{5(12x+302)}{65}+\dfrac{-6x+1815}{65}=\dfrac{65x}{65}$
    ⇔13x+910+60x+1510-6x+1815=65x
    ⇔13x+60x-6x-65x=-1815-1510-910
    ⇔2x=-4235
    ⇔x=-4235/2
    Vậy x=-4235/2

    Giải đáp+Lời giải và giải thích chi tiết:
     (x+70)/5+(12x+302)/(13)+(-24x+7260)/(260)=x
    <=>(52(x+70))/(260)+(20(12x+302))/(260)+(-24x+7260)/(260)=(260x)/(260)
     => 52x + 3640 + 240x+6040-24x+7260=260x
    <=> 268x+16940 =260x
    <=> 8x = -16940
    <=> x = -(4235)/2
     Vậy x = -(4235)/2
