    $\frac{x+1}{12}$ = $\frac{-3}{8}$ 
    \(x+1\) . $\frac{2}{24}$ = $\frac{-9}{24}$ 
    ⇒ \(x+1\) = \(-4,5\)
    ⇒ \(x\) = \(-4,5\) – \(1\)
    ⇒ \(x\) = \(5,5\)
    \(Vậy\) \(x\)= \(5,5\)
