    -> (2x+1) (2x-1) = 4.4
    -> 2x (2x-1) + 1 (2x-1)=16
    -> 4x^2 – 2x + 2x-1=16
    -> 4x^2 + (-2x+2x) -1=16
    -> 4x^2 – 1=16
    -> 4x^2=16+1
    -> 4x^2=17
    ->x^2=17:4
    ->x^2=17/4
    -> x^2 = (\sqrt{17/4})^2 hoặc x^2=(-\sqrt{17/4})^2
    ->x=\sqrt{17/4} (Thỏa mãn) hoặc x=-\sqrt{17/4} (Thỏa mãn)
