=x/(x-2)+(2-x)/(x+2)+(12-10x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(x(x+2)+(2-x)(x-2)+12-10x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(x^2+2x+(2x-4-x^2+2x)+12-10x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(x^2+2x-x^2+4x-4+12-10x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=((x^2-x^2)+(2x+4x-10x)+(-4+12))/((x-2)(x+2))

=(-4x+8)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(-4(x-2))/((x-2)(x+2))

=-4/(x+2)

=(x(x+2)+(2-x)(x-2)+12-10x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(x^{2}+2x-x^{2}+4x-4+12-10x)/((x+2)(x-2))

=(8-4x)/((x-2)(x+2))

=(4(2-x))/((x+2)(x-2))

=-4/(x+2)
