       √(x+1)^2 = 2x
    ⇔ √(x^2+2x+1)= 2x
    ⇔ (x^2+2x+1) = 4x^2
    ⇔x^2+2x+1 – 4x^2 = 0
    ⇔ -3x^2 + 2x + 1 = 0
    ⇔ 3x^2 – 2x – 1 = 0
       Δ = (-2)^2 -4 × (-1) × 3
            = 16
        ⇒√Δ = 4
    +, x1 = (-b+√Δ)/(2a) = (2+4)/(2×3) = 6/6 = 1
    +, x2 = (-b-√Δ)/(2a) = (2-4)/(2×3) = (-2)/6 = -1/3
