    P=(\sqrtx+7)/(\sqrtx+3)
    =>P=(\sqrtx+3+4)/(\sqrtx+3)
    =>P=1+4/(\sqrtx+3)
    Với AAx ta có: \sqrtx\ge0
    =>\sqrtx+3\ge3
    =>4/(\sqrtx+3)\le4/3
    =>P=1+4/(\sqrtx+3)\le7/3
    Dấu = xảy ra khi: \sqrtx=0
    =>x=0
    Vậy P_(max)=7/3 khi x=0

    P=(\sqrt{x}+7)/(\sqrt{x}+3)(x>=0)
    P=(\sqrtx+3+4)/(\sqrtx+3)
    P=1+4/(\sqrtx+3)
    x>=0=>\sqrtx+3>=3>0
    =>P<=1+4/3=7/3
    Dấu “=” xảy ra khi x=0
    Vậy max_P=7/3<=>x=0.
