    (2x+3/5)^2 – 9/25 =0
    =>(2x+3/5)^2 = 0+9/25
    =>(2x+3/5)^2 =9/25
    =>(2x+3/5)^2 = (3/5)^2
    =>2x+3/5=3/5
    =>2x=3/5-3/5
    =>2x=0
    =>x=0:2=0 ( 0 chia cho số nào vẫn =0 )

     ( 2x + 3/5 )^2 – 9/25 = 0
    => ( 2x + 3/5 )^2 = 9/25
    => (2x + 3/5 )^2 = ( 3/5)^2
    => 2x + 3/5 = 3/5
    => 2x = 3/5 – 3/5 = 0
    => x = 0
