    Để A > 1
    <=> (x-1+3)/(x-1) > 1
    <=> 1 +3/(x-1) >1
    <=> 3/(x-1) > 0
    <=> x-1 > 0
    <=> x >1 ( TMĐK x \ne 1 )
    Vậy x >1 <=> A >1
