    Để A là phân số thì n+3 \ne 0
    =>n \ne 0-3
    =>n \ne -3
    Giải thích : Phân số thì mẫu ko đc là 0

    Để A là phân số  n + 3 ≠ 0 ( n ∈ Z)
     n  -3
    A là số nguyên n – 2  n + 3
     (n + 3) – 5  n + 3
     5 n + 3 (Vì n + 3  n + 3)
     n + 3  Ư(5)
    n + 3  {1, 5, -1, -5}
