    4p+11<30
    4p<30-11
    4p<19
    Các số nguyên tố nhỏ hơn 19 là:2;3;5;7;11;13;17
    Mà 4.4=16
    =>p<5;7;11;13;17
    =>p=2;3
    Th1:p=2
    =>4p+11
    4.2+11
    =8+11
    =19(tm)
    Th3:p=3
    =>4.p+11
    4.3+11
    =12+11
    =23(tm)
    Vậy p=2;3
