    = 11-9/9×11 + 13-11/11×13 + …. + 175-173/173×175
    =11/9×11 – 9/9×11 + 13/11×13 – 11/11×13 + …. + 175/173×175 – 173/173×175
    = 1/9 – 1/11 + 1/11 – 1/13 + ….. + 1/173 – 1/175
    = 1/9 – 1/175
    =166/1575
