    $\sqrt{4x-20}$ +3$\sqrt{\dfrac{x-5}{9}}$ =3 (ĐKXĐ: x $\ge$ 5)
    <=> 2\sqrt{x-5} + \sqrt{x-5} =3
    <=> 3\sqrt{x-5} =3
    <=> \sqrt{x-5} =1
    <=> x-5=1
    <=> x=6 ™
    Vậy nghiệm của phương trình là x=6
