         $\frac{61}{x + 11}$ = $\frac{42}{45}$ 
    ⇔ 61 . 45 = ( x + 11 ) . 42 ( áp dụng quy tắc nhân chéo )
    ⇔ 2745 = ( x + 11 ) . 42
    ⇔ x + 11 = $\frac{915}{14}$ 
    ⇔ x = $\frac{761}{14}$ 
     Vậy x = $\frac{761}{14}$

    => 42x + 462 = 2745
    => 42x = 2745 – 462
    => 42x = 2283
    => x = 2283 : 42
    => x = 761/14
                    Vậy x = 761/14
